The 3-Week Curriculum in a nutshell

The first week is focused on mindset, and setting yourself up for success. You will start the week by figuring out what motivates you, and ensuring that your new habit fits in with your life, no matter how busy you are. We will explore the idea of rewards, and tracking, and introduce the importance of position and breathing. 

In the second week, we will learn one of the most important keys to effective meditation: consistency. We will incorporate more advanced meditation techniques, and give you the support you need to stay motivated, and, of course – celebrate your progress! This is when your meditation will go from haphazard to a real habit.

It’s the home stretch! Week 3 will introduce more advanced mindfulness techniques, to help you combat deeper anxiety and make mindfulness super-relevant to your life. We will help you take meditation off the cushion into your everyday, and support you to the end (and your reward!).

Hi, I'm Hannah.

I’m a certified online mindfulness meditation and success coach for creative professionals at BreatheLikeABadass.com, who believes in making mindfulness meditation easy, accessible, down-to-earth, funny, honest, supportive, and suitable for even the busiest or most skeptical of people.

I blend classic mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) with simple meditation techniques so that everyone can find a practice that works for them, which they can stick to for life, no matter what.

I discovered mindfulness meditation over a decade ago, after years of struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, no confidence, bad relationships, lack of career direction, and even less self-compassion or self-belief. Now, I am a certified, UK Association for Coaching-registered, University of Ipswich-accredited life coach, and a student of MBCT at the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre, one of the UK’s most prestigious centers for the practice.

I practice daily yoga and running, love sunny countries and gin (preferably together), eat too much chocolate and olive oil (usually not together), speak French and Spanish, loves the color fuschia, get excited around small terrier dogs, and live in south west London, UK with my partner Oli.
