She has tried it all when it comes to exercise, nutrition & habit building, and is now using her experience to help others.

Over the past couple of years,​ Tauras has completely redesigned his life, from being a stressed-out workaholic, eating irregularly and never finding time to exercise. Having found the power of Intermittent Fasting & habit building,  Tauras now teaches others how to  relaunch their lives and create long-lasting routines, all using the science-backed methods and his personal experience.

Asnate supports 21 Day Hero with marketing, social media and editorial. Scared of mundane routines but enjoying the challenge of habit building, she is on a constant habit improvement journey. Asnate finds being surrounded by other habit builders contagious and warns everyone to be aware of how easy it is to get addicted to the habit building!

Registered Dietitian

Being a Registered Dietitian and nutritional coach, Hayley consults 21 Day Hero on nutritional guidelines and meal plan creation. She hopes to inspire others to eat closely to the way that nature intended, capitalizing on the amazing benefits of whole unprocessed foods. Hayley shares her passion for simple healthy eating @hayleyharrisnutrition
