The process is really simple – we ask you a few short questions and payment to secure your place.

You join your tribe

Few days before the start, we’ll invite you to join your tribe on Slack. Tribe is a group of 5 people who are on the same boat with you + a habit coach from 21 Day Hero, who will be there to guide y’all.

Also, we will use Slack to track your progress. No worries if you haven’t used Slack before, we’ll guide you through it.

You get guidance

Sunday before a new week starts, we’ll send you a weekly plan. We’ll be building one habit after another, one by one.

In addition, you’ll get daily reminders and support from a habit coach in your Tribe.

You build your morning routine

Wouldn’t it be nice to install good habits and delete bad ones like we do that with a computer software? Habit loop will help you to do exactly that.

It’s simple: identify your trigger, establish a craving, perform a routine and stimulate your brain with a reward.

Certain cues trigger certain actions. For example, a notification sound on your phone triggers an action of you grabbing the phone. Once you are aware of this trigger, you can use it to form a new habit or break a bad one.


Craving is what gives you the energy to repeatedly perform a certain routine. It's obvious with things like video games or sugary foods, but did you know that you can also develop a craving for healthy habits like morning exercise?


Habits form when you repeat the same action enough times. But the golden rule to make it successful is to start with tiny steps. Want to get into exercising? Start with doing 10 pushups every day.


The more satisfying you make your routine, the more likely you are to repeat it again. Felt really good after that quick workout? That's great, you're more likely to develop a habit if you have fun repeatedly.

How I went from a chronic procrastinator to a habit building expert

Truth is, I used to procrastinate a lot. Whenever I would have something important to do, I would find a million other things. I was the opposite of the word ‘disciplined’.

I guess it’s OK if you’re a student, but as someone, who considers himself a serious entrepreneur, I knew that my work habits are not going to bring me to the point I want to be and that others will outperform me every single time.

After my previous startup failed, I found myself in the position where I had to choose – dwell on my mistakes or fundamentally change my habits.

Fast forward 18 months, I went from a chronic procrastinator to a guy who wakes up 6 am, takes a cold shower, meditates, journals, exercises regularly, reads 2 books a month and does intermittent fasting.

It might sound intense, but I’ve never felt better physically and mentally in my entire life. Now, I accomplish more in the first 2 hours of my day than I used to during the entire day.

A routine is a set of habits. We will help you to build an amazing morning routine that only takes 15 minutes and focuses on the most important areas of your well-being: hydration, movement, mindfulness, gratitude, and journaling. One habit at a time.

Every day is planned out for you with easy to follow daily activities. You will be provided with all the required tools, knowledge and support to develop a healthy morning routine. In addition, you will also get to do a weekly mission which will educate you in replacing old habits, becoming healthier and more complete.  

Trying to figure out everything on your own feels overwhelming. In 8-week Morning Upgrade you will get access to our habit coaches, who will check on you on a daily basis and will remind you what to do that day.

You will be part of a small accountability group of 5 like-minded people. It is proven that people make better choices and perform at a higher level when they know they are being watched by others. It is also a great source of motivation.

It’s quite simple. Once you sign up and confirm your seat, it goes like this:

  1. You receive onboarding package and the plan for the first week
  2. You join your accountability tribe on Slack
  3. Once the program starts, each Sunday you receive a plan for the upcoming week including a weekly mission
  4. Each morning you get a reminder and are prompted with an easy way to track your progress
  5. The program starts with 1-minute commitment in the 1st week and builds up to 15 minutes in weeks 5-8.
