The vegan meal plan a.k.a. plant based diet meal plan supports a healthy, balanced and versatile vegan diet, and is designed to be used in a combination with Intermittent Fasting.
Our vegan meal plan does not contain any animal products and any foods containing ingredients derived from animals.
In order to support satiety and weight management, plant-based proteins such as legumes, high protein nuts, seeds and grains are emphasized in our vegan meals across the plan.
