Do you feel like you are constantly glued to your phone and/or laptop? Have you thought what it would feel like to take some time off and unplug from all technology?
By unplugging we mean restraining yourself from any digital devices and social media exposure. This includes restricting from phones, tablet devices, computers, smart watches and TVs.
The goal of the 21-Day Unplug Challenge is to become aware of how much time we spend online and break that digital dependency. By doing the challenge you will develop a healthy habit of taking a break from digital world and will expose yourself to things that matter: your family and friends, your hobbies, being outside etc.
