Curious about what superfoods are trending now and how they could improve your life? 

In the 21-Day Superfood challenge you will be introduced to the latest superfood trends and will get to add them to your daily diet for 3 weeks. All from anti-aging and anti-inflammatory powders to healthy fats, immune system boosting foods and hormone balancing seeds. You will improve your health, become more aware of nutrients in your diet and will learn what impact certain foods have to YOUR BODY and BRAIN.

Science behind

While the word superfood is more of a marketing term and there is no set criteria for determining superfood, it is generally accepted that superfoods are nutritionally dense foods rich in vitamins and minerals. The most common nutrients contained by the superfoods are antioxidants, healthy fats, fiber and phytochemicals.

Due to high amounts of nutrients, superfoods are very healing and provide great health benefits such as boosting immune system, protecting from chronic diseases, fighting inflammation and aging. Superfoods are very dense and hence you need less of them, compared to other foods, to boost your health.
