During the second week you will get to have more healthy weight loss meals and focus on eating whole foods. You will get introduced to the role of protein, fats, carbs, sugar and calories in weight loss and we will also debunk some myths around weight loss.
During the last week of the challenge you will learn how to make your weight loss a sustainable lifestyle. You will learn what to order at a restaurant, how to snack smarter and how to make healthy lifestyle fit to your busy life full of responsibilities and temptations.
