21 DAY giving CHALLENGE

Giving is all about doing something good for others without expecting compensation, such as giving back to your family, friends, community, nature; engaging in the charity or volunteering. It could also include helping others to make meaningful connections in business and open doors to new career opportunities.
The goal of the 21-Day Giving Challenge is to help others by giving away something on a daily basis: anything from your knowledge to material support. Not only will you make the world a better place but you will also feel happier and healthier!
Recent study done by Zurich University scientifically proves that there is a strong link between generosity and happiness. 2 groups of participants were asked to spend 100 Swiss francs on either buying gifts for others (“generous” group) or themselves (“selfish” group). Study results, measured with the MRI scan of participants brain activity, showed that people that could spend money on others were happier compared to those who could spend money on themselves.
