CHALLENGE DESCRIPTION

Meditation is a state of thoughtless awareness – a deep peace that occurs when your mind is calm and silent, yet completely alert. By meditating we train our attention to be more aware of ourselves and our surroundings, i.e. of what’s happening here and now. Once we see more clearly, we can then better choose how to act on what we are seeing.

The goal of the 21-Day Meditation Challenge is to help you to kick off your meditation journey and establish a healthy habit of daily practice, so you can unlock the extensive list of benefits.

Science behind it

Did you know that meditation causes changes in the brain structure? It is proven by science that people, who learned meditation for the 1st time in an 8-week course, noticed their brain size increase in the areas associated with learning and memory processes, empathy, self-referential processing and perspective taking.

Research also noticed a decrease in the cell volume is responsible for anxiety, stress and fear.
