The goal of the 21-Day Daily Exercise Challenge is to kick-off your fitness routine by adding some sorts of exercise every day – walking, running, swimming, doing yoga, weight lifting etc. Not only will you get healthier and more energized, fitness will become a part of your daily routine. For healthy adults, World Health Organization recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity (think brisk walking) or at least 75 minutes of vigor- ous-intensity aerobic physical (think running) accumulated through a week. This could be split into periods not shorter than 10 minutes. To get additional health benefits you should increase the time spent exercising. In addition, it is recommended to engage in strength training at least 2 times a week.
To sum up, you should do some sorts of physical activity at least 20 min a day or more, depending on your goals. Are you doing it?
